There is no time log, no per-run duration, no baseline of how long each process took by hand. Any hours-saved figure written today would be a guess, and the house rule says a guess does not go in front of a buyer as a number.

Draft readiness, SEO audit, import QA, stroke survival, text verification, margin per hour. The part that checks the work never sees how the work was made.
Every pipeline stops at a draft or an approval row. The owner reviews before anything is final. The system speeds the work; it does not remove the person who is accountable for it.
Palette, type, hero treatment, trust facts and voice live in a brand profile. Adding a brand is a JSON file, never a fork.
A double-discount incident retired quantity pricing and encoded the fix. An invented causal story on an eleven-day window became the research standard. A one-off built beside an existing tool became a routing table and a script index.
