Accessibility Statement

Effective September 27, 2026

We want everyone to be able to use customtailoredagents.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Pages set their language and use real headings, lists and tables, so assistive technology can read their structure.
  • You can move through the site with a keyboard. Links, buttons and form fields show a visible outline when they have focus.
  • Key pages have a "Skip to content" link that jumps past the menu.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off or reduces its animations.
  • Every form field has a label that screen readers announce.
  • We check pages on phones and at narrow widths as we build them.

What we know still needs work

  • Some interactive drawings, such as the system map on the homepage, show ideas visually. The same ideas are written out in the text around them, but the drawings themselves can be hard to follow with a screen reader.
  • Scan scorecards and sample reports are dense. We are working to make them easier to read with assistive technology.
  • Some content comes from other services, such as Google. We cannot fully control how accessible it is.

We have not yet had an independent audit of the site. We review accessibility when we change a page, and we fix problems as we find them.
