These terms cover your use of customtailoredagents.com, which is run by Beam Strategies LLC, doing business as Custom Tailored Agents ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services are covered by a separate agreement
This website describes what we do. It is not an offer to sell anything. Any work we do for you is covered by a written agreement or order form that we both sign. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins. Prices, timelines and examples on this site are general information until they are written into an agreement with you.
The free tools
The website scan, scorecards, questionnaire and sample tools are free and automated. They work from public information and the information you give them, so they can be incomplete or wrong. Estimates, such as hours or costs, are rough figures to start a conversation. They are not promises of results.
The tools give general information, not legal, tax, financial, accounting or security advice. Check anything important with a qualified professional before you act on it.
You may keep and use the reports the tools give you for your own business.
Using the site properly
Please do not:
- use the site or its tools for anything unlawful;
- try to overload, break into, scan for weaknesses in or disrupt the site;
- use bots or scripts to run the tools at volume, or copy large parts of the site;
- give us false information about yourself or pretend to be someone else.
We may block access to anyone who does.
Our content
The text, designs, graphics, code and tools on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for your own, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission. Custom Tailored Agents and our logo are ours; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and services, such as Google. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
No warranties
The site and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will always be available, error free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or its free tools. Our total liability for any claim about the site or its free tools is limited to one hundred US dollars. This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the site or break these terms, and a claim is brought against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim, as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about them belongs to the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.
