Custom Tailored Agents is a trade name of Beam Strategies LLC, based in Anaheim, California ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use customtailoredagents.com, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. What we collect

Information you give us

When you book a call: your name and email, and if you choose to add them, your phone number, a good time to talk and a note.
When you run the free scan: the website address you enter. The scan then reads that website's public pages and public records, such as its email settings. That is information about a business, not about you.
When you ask us to email a report: your email address.
When you use the questionnaire: your answers about your business, and at the end, if you choose to give them, your name, email and phone number.
When you try a sample tool (the dashboard or listing sample): the sheet, file or shop address you provide. We process it to build the sample, keep the result in memory for about an hour, and do not save it.
When you email, call or text us: whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

Server logs: like most websites, our servers record each request, including your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies: two small cookies of our own remember which link or ad brought you here and which business you last scanned. See our Cookie Policy.
Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, time on page, device and browser type, and approximate location based on your IP address. Clarity also records session replays and heatmaps, which show how visitors move through a page. Clarity masks anything typed into a form field, so it is never uploaded or shown in a recording.

Information from public sources

We research businesses we may be able to help, using public sources such as business listings, business websites and search results. This covers business details like a business name, website, phone number and reviews.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up and hold the call you asked for, and send what you requested, such as your scan report.
To prepare for our conversation, for example by reviewing your website before a call.
To follow up about the services you asked about. You can tell us to stop at any time.
To understand which pages and marketing work, and to improve the site.
To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only for that purpose:

DigitalOcean hosts the website and its servers.
Cloudflare runs our domain name service and network protection.
Google provides our business email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics, and the PageSpeed Insights service our website scan uses.
Microsoft provides Clarity, and its GitHub service stores our code and a backup of our website records, including booking requests.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Other parties that collect information over time: Google and Microsoft may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites through the cookies and tags described in our Cookie Policy, and use it as their own privacy policies describe. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not use this information to show you targeted ads.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site does not currently change how it works in response to Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control signals from your browser. You can still block or delete cookies, and opt out of Google Analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us by email. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and related notes for as long as we need them to follow up, work with you and run our business, and as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then overwritten. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

See, correct or delete your information: email sam@customtailoredagents.com. We will confirm the request comes from you, then reply within 45 days.
Stop hearing from us: reply "stop" to an email, reply STOP to a text, or tell us by email or phone.
Cookies and analytics: see our Cookie Policy.

We will not treat you differently for making any of these requests.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, and access to our records is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If that happens and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

Work we do for clients

When we build or run systems for a client, the information in those systems belongs to the client and is handled under our written agreement with that client, not under this policy.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States and serve US businesses. Information collected through this site is processed and stored in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of this page, and if we have your email address, we may also email you.
